Sandbox limits and quota exceeded errors

If you're encountering QUOTA_EXCEEDED errors when creating sandboxes, you may be hitting tier limits for your account.

Resolving quota issues

If you need more than the standard limits for your tier, upgrade your tier by topping up credits, or request a quota increase via the Console. Users in Tier 0 must first add a payment method (upgrade to Tier 1) before they can request quota increases.

In exceptional cases, you can also contact our support team. Where necessary, we can manually increase your quota limits to accommodate larger workloads.

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Verify your account tier and payment method in your account settings

  2. Try reducing the memory allocation temporarily to see if that resolves the issue
